VOTING OFF: #04: The rotated and inverted idea is interesting but I don't think it works well with the particular photo used. It looks too harsh and sloppy.
VOTING OFF: #02: The icon is very dark. Maybe a little contrast or lighting on her would have been best. The crop is nice though.
FAVOURITE: #04: The crop and coloring on the bottom half is great, but the top half is and odd touch to the icon. I think the coloring and cropping is a saving factor though- well done on that.

#03: Another color for the background might be better, because I think the purple clashes with the dress too much.

#01: The text in the background makes it really interesting, and the pale pink is a nice background color.

#03: Nice bg and colouring but it's overcontrasted and needs more sharpening.
