If you haven't yet seen it, get yourself Marcel Ophüls MAGNIFICENT "Hotel Terminus", a gripping documentary on Klaus Barbie which includes brilliant interviews with OSS spymasters who hired him in the late 40s in Germany.

No, haven't seen "Hotel Terminus" yet, though of course I have heard and read about it. It's on the to watch list, to be sure!
