As was to be expected, the recent Doctor Who episode has already inspired fanfic. Two lovely episode tags, celebrating that most Whovian of 'ships the episode deals with:

Wonderfully and fearfully made

The conjugal bed

And a meta love declaration for that same ship: Bigger on the inside.

Neil Gaiman strikes me as an all-round nice bloke as well as a genius. I'm rather proud he's British, even if he does live in the US.

He returns often enough to British shores to strike one as not completely an ex pat. :) (Also, isn't it a fine British tradition to claim your own emigrés to the US like Isherwood while also claiming the Americans who moved to Britain like T.S. Eliot? We do the same thing! Laying claim to Ernst Lubitsch, Marlene Dietrich, Billy Wilder et al, I mean.)
