The final medley of Abbey Road was a thing of beauty . Thank you for linking ! One can easily realize ( if it's not already done ) how wonderfully talented the Beatles were musically ,forty years ago.

Re: Torchwood. CoE was a great ending but if there's more of the series I'm in. I haven't followed any spoilers so I have no clue about what we could possibly have.

I'm unspoiled as well, and hope to remain so. (Not easy on the internet!)

If you think about it, a lot of songs in the last two years are mourning/comfort songs - "Hey Jude", "The Long and Winding Road", "Let it Be". Also "Julia", in that it's a love song for a dead woman. But in the Abbey Road medley, it all comes together for one perfect time.
