Could Will be the robber? They've made a big deal about him being a thief.

And Kai=Anna, Gerda=Elsa?

Hmmm.

Anna as Kai and Elsa as Gerda would work perfectly strictly in terms of their development as characters - since Anna saved her sister in the movie and quested for her, it would be the next step to make it Elsa's turn - but it would leave the show's regulars uninvolved, and so I don't think they'll go there.

This was just really, really satisfying. :D

Though the longer this goes on, the more I REALLY REALLY NEED TO KNOW what the hell happened to Will and Ana! *grumbles* (Which I suppose means the show is doing its job ...)

Well, Will clutching the picture of the Red Queen after passing out drunk the library two eps ago assured me at least that his feelings are undiminished, so I'm willing to wait for the explanation what he's doing here for a bit more. But I do want to know badly, too.

I know! But I care a lot more about what happened to Ana than about the connection between Emma and the Snow Queen, and I've never been a patient person. *g*

(While Will's obviously in pain it doesn't seem to be the "I lost everything, let me bury myself in a bottle" kind of despair, so I suppose there's hope. Definitely clinging to that.)

I was delighted by the Sydney and Snow Queen plot, and how she let him go. Good way to distinguish her from the other villains.

I had thought the hat came over during the second curse, but now I can't remember how far the honeymoon house was from town.

Emma's words are heavily ironic, considering how many people have screwed her over and still had her support in some form or another afterwards. Sort of a push and pull in her character there. The ending scene was very sweet (albeit tainted by the shameful secrets and lies she doesn't know about.)

Considering the Snow Queen's interest in Emma and her sometime guardianship of same, Emma probably could play Kai, and it'd be nice to see Regina willing to reach out in turn as her Gerda. (Or one of her Gerdas; both women have a few potentials willing to fill the role should either of them be Kai.)

Snow and David were cute.

Oh, if Emma is Kai, then of course her parents and Henry and Hook would all get in line as Gerdas, but in terms of development for the Emma and Regina relationship, it would be good if Regina put in a genuine effort to save Emma. (We already know how much her parents, her son and her boyfriend love her, and they don't have such a lot to atone for.)

I would love such a development. It'd be a landmark if Regina helped Emma because she wanted to, without any prompting.

(And the part of me that still ships them would be especially pleased.)
