One downside I overlooked on the backup comp purchase was that it is only expandable to 1.5g RAM.
It came with two wimpy 256m sticks. There are 3 sluts, so I ordered a 512m for each one of those whores. That brings my total dolleros invested to $190. The place I got the RAM from had free shipping for orders over fiddy so I scored on that.

I have 1.25gb of RAM and consider it barely sufficient at this point. But if you choose browsers wisely you're still in the game.
