Have to say my favourite Jane Austen books are Emma and Pride and Prejudice. My favourite adaptations being the 1996 version of 'Emma' starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Jeremy Northern (my favourite Mr Knightley) and the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice.
