yet another tutorial here... will post a new icon batch next week or so, so far I have like 30 icons from 20 different fandoms or so, not all that post-worthy^^"
to
1. crop your image 100x100
2. dupliacte your base three times, set all those new layers to screen 100%
3. duplicate your base once again, drag it on top, set it to soft light 100%
4. make a new layer, fill it with black and set it to color 10%
5. layer > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast > contrast +18
6. add this texture by sanami276 and set it to multiply 100%
7. add this texture by haudvafra and set it to screen 100%
8. make a new layer, fill it with #001F4B and set it to exclusion 100%
9. add this texture by sanami276 and set it to multiply 100%
10. add some text, done! :D
