Taking the 2nd one.

They're all very nice, and almost too much to look at once.

Its interesting how different he looks as The Master opposed to how he looks as Sam Tyler.

I suppose it's because Sam quite often doesn't what's going on, and he's not obsessed with ruling the world, while the Master thinks he's got everything under control etc. - so naturally, they have to look different^^
