The lunch is at IHOP, on Peachtree Industrial. Basically, you keep on Peachtree Industrial south until you see an IHOP on your right. It'll be alongside a cinema.

However...
1. The new civic platform is based on the RSX, not vice-versa. The RSX was the test platform. Introduced 2002, removed 2006, which coincides with the new Civic.
2. I spent less than half of what I would've on the Porsche. That's kinda nice. I believe my exact statement was, "If I wreck it, I'll just buy another."
3. GOD I LOVED THE BOXSTER. But I couldn't justify it as a daily-driver everyday car.
4. If I can get 85% - 90% of the driving fun for 50% of the price, with increased practicality and insurability thrown in, why not?
