Yup. Passed the inspection pretty well, actually. A few things here and there needed looking at, and the owners agreed to all the repairs.

Actually, Pratchett had made me realize that I will never start reading a living author -- it's way too expensive.

See, the thing you fail to realize is that even if Jordan would have lived to be 170, he would have never finished his series. I made it to book 8 or so before I gave up. I don't think he ever really had an ending...and was just stalling in the hopes that one would come to him.

(Then again, I'm still stupid enough to buy Stephen King books in the hopes that he'll write something decent again someday)
