These last couple of months have been really weird.  I've been full of frustration and, yes, rage, mostly at a couple of specific people, but not sure exactly why I was feeling that way.  Bits and pieces of reasons would come up, but I never quite felt that 'YES!' feeling that lets you know you hit the nail on the head just right.  Now I think I

Oh dear! I wouldn't want to be dealing with a head like that! There must be a prettier and more soul-satisfying head for you to occupy! I hope that you find it before long and manage to shed the garbage that has accumulated. :-)

Thanks. The pic IS a little extreme, I must admit, but it's pretty dang close to what I'm feeling. I think, though, that recognizing it is a big step toward getting rid of the garbage.
