Moping Key glared at the direction of the entry of his apartment. Although he planned on not opening, the thought that the one disturbing his lethargy could be a representative of the water company made him stand somehow, and hurry to the door.

Disappointment was obvious on his face when he saw this guy was just anyone, Key looked down on him just like he would do with any human until he noticed the pitcher; and the clear liquid inside that might have turned his black eyes into the pale green they were when he was transforming.
"May I help you?" he asked, stepping outside his flat to almost stick at the other; his eyes sparkling. Weirdly, seeing the Han didn't even made him this happy.

Key would have been a bit troubled by the other's smile if he wasn't continuously thinking about the water; water made people happy without any distinction to the mermaid anyway.

After listening to the cute but fun introduction, Key giggled and dragged the new neighbor inside with one hand, closing the door with the other.
"The perfect ice breaker one could think about when it comes to knowing me!" he commented. The other could know this from the start; such a simple liquid made Key happier than anything else; supposing this water wasn't polluted.

"I'm Kibum; Key. Nice to meet you, Taeyang!"
You would had melted the ice by offering me to have a bath, but this is smart already!"I can give you cookies that a chef I know baked instead" he proposed, heading in the nearest room which was the kitchen and got out the violet box with cookies he received of Donghae the day earlier; and glasses of course ( ... )
