I might want to try that! I have chronic sinus problems too, and, well, a little bit of "ewwwwww" is worth not having as much stuffyness / sneezing / snoring as I currently do. (
I got mine at CVS. The brand I use is NeilMed, because it's designed to be a little easier to use (the pot has a lid to keep spillage from occurring, etc).
The recommendations I've received for it came from all over the place, including my primary doctor and my yoga instructor.
They are supposed to be good for snoring. thespooniest is going to try one soon for that, actually. If you want, I can let you know how it goes.
