A/N: this is an account of what really happened during my trip to the forest.  Since there are only five of the boys, I’m limiting the casts to Diana, Rita, Nitami, Yohana, and myself :3 it’s as follows: Yunho - me, Jaejoong - Diana, Junsu - Nitami, Yoochun - Rita, Changmin - Yohana.  Everything that happened in the forest and on the bus really happened yesterday :D a little changed, but still true X3

This happens in BoS universe X3 and this is written as an apology for being a jerk yesterday and for the joke~ sorry~

Oh, oh, for fellow Indonesians (or those who understand Indonesians or Melayu), here’s a question… “Kenapa dinamakan nasi goreng?”  the answer is at the bottom :3

We’re Going to a Forest?

“We’re going on a field trip~”

That same line had been sung by Junsu multiple times as he pranced around the house, gathering his things and packing them into his backpack in glee.  He was very excited at the thought of going to a forest since he rarely went hiking, although the others didn’t quite share the same enthusiasm.

“Shut up,” Yunho mumbled from his seat in the living room as he flipped his magazine to another page.  “I hate field trips,” he added, sulking.

“Aw, look at the bright side,” Jaejoong said as he joined him on the couch.  “The juniors are brought to a recycling plant,” he added, laughing a little.

“But that’s not dangerous,” Yunho pointed out bitterly.  “What if we stumble across snakes or something?”

“You’re being paranoid,” Yoochun commented as he grinned a little.

“Karma, Chun, karma,” Yunho said simply as he went back to his magazine.

“Whatever,” Yoochun shrugged.  “Come on, the bus is leaving in ten minutes.”

“What!?” Changmin screamed from the bathroom.  “Wait for me!  I’m having constipation!”

“Eww…” Junsu pulled a face.  “We really didn’t need to know, Min.”

-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

“Don’t go to sleep!” Junsu squeaked as he kneeled on his seat and turned to look at Yunjae behind him and Changmin.  “Let’s play a game!”

“Why don’t we talk instead?” Jaejoong suggested lazily, holding onto his bag as he leaned back on his seat.

“No!  Conversations are usually only ten minutes tops, then we’ll fall silent and asleep!” Junsu protested, waving around hyperactively and nearly knocked Changmin’s head.

“Aw, he saw right through me,” Jaejoong laughed.  “Fine, I’ll give you a question, and we’ll see if you can figure the answer out,” he challenged.

“Alright!” Junsu agreed almost instantly.

“Now, the Japanese army and the American army are having a war.  What is the color of the smoke?” Jaejoong asked, fiddling with his black sling bag.

“Um?  How am I supposed to know?” Junsu frowned.

Changmin looked back, and said, “It’s black.”

Yunho laughed at Junsu’s surprised expression, and his even-more-surprised expression when Jaejoong confirmed that it was the correct answer.

“Wha-?  But why?” Junsu whined.

“That’s your job to figure out,” Jaejoong laughed, and while Junsu went to think, he went to sleep.

-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

They arrived at the mountain not long after, and the students were separated into groups.  Luckily they were put in the same group, so they stuck together throughout the trek.

They walked down the stone steps that led to the inner part of the mountain.  At the bottom, there was a walkway from stone, and the students walked as they chatted.

“And then- Jaejoong-shii~” Junsu shrieked when Jaejoong missed a step and accidentally stepped into the gap between two stone walkways.  He fell down on his knee, but quickly got up.

“Boo, what did I tell you about being careful?” Yunho scolded as he helped Jaejoong up.  “Are you okay?”

“Yes, yes, I’m okay,” Jaejoong nodded in embarrassment.

“Be careful next time,” Yunho warned and huffed, before he patted Jaejoong’s shoulder, and they continued walking.

After a while, they stopped again.

“What’s happening now?” Junsu asked, looking around at the mass of students chattering away as they waited for something.

“Oh, some students are going to the restroom,” Changmin said as he pointed at the stalls nearby.

“Eww, isn’t that, so gross?” Jaejoong pulled a face.  “I’ve seen a toilet in a forest, and… ew…” he grimaced.

Yunho laughed.  “I know how you feel,” he patted Jaejoong’s back sympathetically, and went to talk with Junsu, Yoochun, and Changmin.

Not long after, Jaejoong walked over to them.

“What’s wrong Jae?” Yunho asked in concern as he watched Jaejoong looking uneasy.

“Yunho…” Jaejoong started hesitantly.  “There… something fell onto my hair, and when I touched it…” he showed his fingers instead, and there was some sticky green goo on them.

“Yuck!  What’s that!?” Junsu panicked.

“Min, tissue!” Yunho shouted in panic.  “Jae, turn around,” he ordered.

“Okay,” Jaejoong nodded and turned around.  “Oh, but Yunnie, I put on some hair gel early this morning, so my hair’s probably a little hard right now.”

“I know,” Yunho sighed, and took the offered tissue from Changmin’s hand.  “Stay still, Jae,” he said, and held onto Jae’s shoulder as he wiped the bird poo from Jaejoong’s hair.

“Do you need wet tissue?” Junsu offered, and Yunho gratefully took it.  He dampened Jaejoong’s hair, and wiped the poo away again, until there was no more.

“It’s okay now,” Yunho said, smiling a little.  “Just be sure to wash your hair later,” he added.

Jaejoong sighed.  “I thought this kind of thing could only happen in comic books or cartoons.”

“Well you thought wrong,” Yunho grinned a little as he patted Jaejoong’s back sympathetically.

Then, another bird poo fell down from the sky, and this time it hit the cap Changmin was wearing.

“Minnie-ah!” Jaejoong panicked.  He quickly grabbed a tissue and wiped his cap with it.

“This is so getting unsafe,” Yunho sighed as he put on a cap, and took out another to give to Jaejoong.  “Put it on, Boo.”

Jaejoong finished cleaning up Changmin’s cap and put the cap on himself.  “Thank you,” he muttered.

Yunho only smiled in reply, and the trek was continued after the students had gone to the restroom.

They went around the mountain, and finally arrived at a clearing where they sat down to hear to a lecture from the caretaker of the forest, and had lunch.  Afterwards, they were told to go back up to retrieve some potted plants which they would plant in the forest.

As they were walking down the path, suddenly something fell down and hit Yoochun’s head hard.

“Chunnie!” Junsu rushed to his side.  “Are you okay?” he asked as he looked at what fell.  It was a dried up coconut.  “Ouch, it must hurt,” he winced at the thought.

Jaejoong, Yunho, and Changmin rushed to their sides.  “Is he okay?” Jaejoong wondered.  “Let’s get him away from the tree first,” he suggested.

The others agreed, and they got Yoochun away from the tree.

“Do you think you have a concussion, Chunnie?” Junsu asked worriedly.

“No, I don’t think so,” Yoochun smiled wryly at him.  “But these damn tears wouldn’t stop flowing.  Argh!” he grumbled as he wiped his tears away, but they would continue falling.

“It’s a reflex to relieve the pain,” Changmin explained, patting Yoochun’s back, and giving him a packet of tissues. “Take your time.  We’re not rushing.”

“Again, something that I thought would never happen in real life,” Jaejoong pouted.

Yunho smiled weakly.  “Now you see what I worried about?”

“Yes…” Changmin, Yoochun, Junsu, and Jaejoong chorused together.

“Well, we better get going then,” Yunho said as he saw the other groups walking up the hill.  “Can you stand straight?” he asked as he helped Yoochun stand up.

“I hate you,” Yoochun grinned while still trying to fight back the flowing tears, constantly wiping his eyes with the tissue.

“Okay then, let’s go,” Yunho motioned at the stone steps leading uphill.  “Chun, you go first with Su.  I have your back.”

“Thanks,” Yoochun grinned, and walked in front with Junsu while Changmin walked behind Yunho and Jaejoong.

“Hey hyung,” Changmin called, and was about to say he wanted to go to the restroom, when suddenly Junsu and Yoochun screamed, and rushed back towards them.

“What!?  What happened!?” Yunho shouted in panic as he whipped around and looked at the stone steps.  A brown snake writher around on a step before it crawled away quickly, into the bushes.

Junsu whined as he held onto Jaejoong and relayed what happened when they were going up the steps.  The snake suddenly fell from the upper steps, but luckily it didn’t do anything to them.

“See what I told you?” Yunho pursed his lips.  “It’s karma, Chun,” he added, and shook his head.  “I can’t believe this.”

“I can’t believe this either,” Junsu pouted.

“Well, let’s get this over with as quickly as we can then,” Jaejoong suggested.  The others agreed and they quickly went uphill.

-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

After the tiring field trip, they were all almost sprawled on their seats.  Junsu was still jumping around, forcing the others to be awake and entertain him.

“But Su, I’m tired,” Jaejoong whined as he slumped in his seat.

Yunho took out his iPod and offered the right side of the earphone to Jaejoong who accepted it gratefully.

“At least tell me the answer to the smoke thing!” Junsu demanded.

“Oh, that,” Jaejoong mumbled as he pulled his knees up and rested them against his chest.  “Simple, just look at the color of the thing I’m holding with my right hand while I’m asking the question.”

Junsu was rendered speechless for a few moments, and Jaejoong took the opportunity to snuggle closer to Yunho who merely smiled in amusement as Junsu whined at how stupid the question was, but he couldn’t figure the answer out.

“Tired?” Yunho asked, putting an arm around Jaejoong’s shoulder as Jaejoong rested his head on his shoulder.

“I’m beat,” Jaejoong sighed.

“Go to sleep,” Yunho said, resting his head on Jaejoong’s.  “I’ll wake you up when we arrive.”

“Okay,” Jaejoong agreed and closed his eyes.

Click.

“Yah, Shim Changmin!  Give me that camera or else!”

“No can do, Yunho-hyung!”

“Yunho!  Stop moving around!”

“Sorry Jae!”

Damn Field Trips

Yes, Diana and I are in the same seats during the trip to and fro the forest.  And Nitami and Yohana are in the same seats in front of us X3

The answer to the question: “Karena Dina lapar” XDD don’t shoot me.  My friend gave it to me yesterday.  And overall, the field trip was fun, although I nearly fell a few times, I think I sprained my ankle a little, and my waist is aching now -_-;;;
