I always dream about my teeth falling out, too!!!! (although I don't have any dental fears!) A lot of the time, I dream that my teeth are all attached in one big dental plate (that looks kind of like Barney the dinosaur) that is removable.
But last time I dreamed about teeth, they were really brittle and kept breaking into small pieces. I tried to spit them out, but I couldn't, so I tried to chew gum in the hopes that the little tooth pieces would stick to the gum, and then I could spit the whole thing out. But even though I could open my mouth, I couldn't spit it out, and ended up with a mouth full of broken teeth, gum and eventually peanut butter. This was made even grosser by the fact that I started to vomit, but it was blocked by all that junk and wouldn't come out.
That was probably too much detail, but man, that was so gross. I woke up totally nauseated. XP
If I could make the "D:" emoticon completely HUGE, it would pretty much encapsulate my complete reaction to your dream. Holy god woman, that's awful. Thank goodness mine aren't usually that bad x_X
