Would you recommend Mozy as a back up service? I'm tired of dealing with an unresponsive WD external drive's issues with Windows 7.

It's like two tiny spikes back there, each one's maybe a centimeter out of my gums.

I've never tried to get anything out of it, to be fair, but my parents also use it so there might be something to it. At the moment it's mostly serving as moral support. :P
