Grad schools--the full report

The last grad school letter is in---Maryland hasn't got room for me either. I'm not surprised, really, they got over 650 people this year and things are tight everywhere. My other set also turned me down, not a tremendous surprise with my record, so no PhDs for Seibers this year

Chicago is nice! Good museums, good food, and good shopping. I have enjoyed all my trips there. Good luck with your visit!

Not free-free, but far better than nothing and a year to dig my heels into Chicago is better than a year cooling them in Knoxville.
