At UNC one year they attempted to be all, you know, diverse and stuff in the same way. They made the latkes, well, ingredient-wise, but fried them in bacon grease.

Forget the fact that they aren't Jewish -- You don't have to be Jewish to know what a latke is! We're Polish and Catholic, but they're a tradition for us, too.
