anime20in20 - Round 44 (Bakuman and Hikaru no Go)

Whoa, I'm actually on time for a change! LOL XD
Here's my set for anime20in20's Round 44 featuring Bakuman and Hikaru no Go~ :)
I'm totally in love with Takeshi Obata-sensei's artwork, so it was extremely tough choosing which images to icon!orz I just hope I did justice to it. :D The first set of 10 is from Bakuman while the next 10 is from Hikaru no Go.

TBH the first five themes were the most difficult for me when I was making the set, so I'm really happy you like them! :)

Yay, I've been wanting some good Bakuman icons for awhile now~

Memoir is really beautiful... probably my favorite of the batch. But then your AC set is SO PRETTY! The colors are shiny and wonderful. I want to see the series just to use of them now XD

I've always wanted to create icons for the series, so I'm glad I was able to finish my set this round. XDD Bakuman certainly deserves more icons!

And Hikaru no Go, too! It's just sad that it doesn't seem as popular. :< I'm not familiar with Go and watching the short tutorials after each episode didn't make me less confused but I honestly liked the story and the characters, so I would totally recommend it. :3

I agree! It's a little slower than some anime, but I really enjoy it because you sort of learn stuff while you watch, which is awesome!

Hmm, I may look into it when I have time. I'm not big on sports manga, but I've been known to get sucked in anyway XD

*laughs Yes to both! :D It is rather slow in some parts but it's still very interesting because of the characters and the things you learn from the series. I didn't know making manga is that COMPLICATED and TOUGH! O__O

Hikaru no Go is also a bit slow in some parts compared to other series but there's something about it that just drew me in. XDD;; Go is confusing 'tho... more confusing than chess because I\m not really familiar with the game. Hehe
