This is mainly for my own reference, but I would like to share with anyone reading this a long list of eBay seller I've been putting on my exclusion list. Pretty much I throw these guys in the Advance Search (and scroll all the way down so you can see a drop down menu for seller exclusion) so their items do not come up. However eBay won't let me ( Read more... )

At the top of this post, here's a little bit of interesting things:

There are only two legitimate Jolteon plush listings
Only two legitimate Flareon plush listings
One legitimate Vaporeon, one custom vaporeon
Handful of Eevees
Espeon and Umbreon are a smaller combined handful than Eevee
I can fit all Leafeon and Glaceon listings on my screen without scrolling down
Simply Toys mostly sell legitimate items, but they admit in the listings which one is the reject (if they know)
UK seller "figure_shop" has mostly good Pokemon items, but avoid their Sonic stock LOL. I advise caution with the Pokedolls of Sinnoh trio.

Hey I live in the uk and as some may know its hard to find plushies anyway I found a seller who sells them for £10, I thought that was good as it was a uk seller and i bought a squirtle now looking on the list and to find that it is a bootleg I am very upset :( I thought it was strange I couldn't find the Banpesto "Best Wishes" Collection. I'm going to complain to them as it isnt fair.

the shop in question is kuurupop :(.

Could you link me the listing in which you won the Squirtle from? And yes unfortunately there are a couple of Europe-based sellers that sell bootlegs that they imported from China :( Best to learn from the experience and trudge forward (and open a dispute if it isn't too late)

Of course I can here is the listing:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290853126225?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649

I hope it works as they have sold out of the squirtle. I have messaged the seller and awaiting a reply if they don't reply, I will open a dispute as its only been about a week I will check there returns, if they don't give me a refund I will demand a free plushie for the inconvience of selling bootleg :).

unfortunately it is the 7 day return and todays the 7th day /:

A seller on eBay may have a listed limited return policy, but with Paypal/eBay yoiu always have a 35 day Buyer Protection in cases such as these. Counterfeits are definitely part of the protection.

Do you have Skype? I can chat with you and help you resolve this. I have experience in dealing with such sellers.
