In which y’all realise that my stream of consciousness tag means exactly what it says, and you scream, and try to run but you are not fast enough, and the vortex just sucks you ( right into the pit )
Wow. I didn't quite follow all of that - scream of consciousness being what it is. But wow. So, you flew in a glider - awesome! Did you take pictures?
And you came up with a Jess fic - also awesome (even if it did interrupt other fic plans - inspiration is what it is and should usually not be ignored).
I am eager to read your story - though I have no idea what it's about, other than somehow involving a white nightgown. Which, um, yeah - after the shorts and Smurf t-shirt that was kind of odd.
But I've always had this theory that Jess and Dean are very much alike in the personality department. I haven't worked out all the details, but I like to think that at least some of the reasons that Sam was iniitally attracted to Jess is because on some level she reminded him of Dean, not in a sexual way, but in a psychological way - subconsciously she felt familiar and if he was feeling lonely and alone (probably for the first time in his entire life), that would probably have been very attractive to him.
No photos. Silly me. Locked handbag in locker at flight school. Handbag with phone/camera in. Duh!
Inspiration is weird. Sometimes best to sit back, not argue with muse, and just channel what she tells you to write. Saturday it was Jess.
I think it was a deliberate choice to have Jess wear the exact opposite of what she died in. It bothered me, and the links with Mary. I just knew the demon would dress Jess up for maximum impact and that freaked me out more than the way she died.
I agree with you about Jess and Dean, despite Sam's objections that they were nothing alike, it isn't just their birthdays they had in common. and I see him drawn to that. Going to address that in some of the stories in the upcoming Letting Go series. Erm if I get the suckers finished that is.

Paris - Will email tomorrow. Trying to work it with Red (and also trying to stop my mother screaming at the idea of me running away to have fun.)

Don't even think of moving the date. The date isn't the problem, she is. I'm going to work this somehow.
Have you stopped coughing up body parts yet?

*nods* Never, ever where a white nightgown. Especially if you want to have sex with a Winchester. So very glad I binned mine. Hee.

Though in my defence it was the thought of sex with a Winchester that caused my brain to go all hot and fuzzy.

Or, you know, whatever.
