Oh absolutely! It is a visualization that I sometimes have when libating - my blood, their blood, the blood of the earth - a vital energy exchange.

They are 'repaired' (Never say fixed to a fur being).

As for not sleeping around you, it is because you are their Goddess! You give or withhold food. You try their spirits by having deplorable staff for them. You have the litterbox in your room(closet).

What they did for you this morning was not to be annoying. Think of it as worship. Lucky was singing your praises, in hopes you would hear his pleas and grant sustenance.

It's all in how you look at it.
