Welp for starters, Im terribly sorry for your cousins loss...Your family can only get stronger through such rough times. As for annie, its upsetting that things have been distant. Believe me, i know how it is. I got use to it, took it for so long, than cracked. In your case, you guys are lucky. You built a strong relationship as frineds before things became a romantic interest. Regardless, you have that trust and honesty present, even though right now, it might be hard to see. Love hurts, it causes u to push away bc it can be frustrating. Its natural and normal. Let things just be, that is something i really learned this yr. Take things as it comes, yet stillbe in tune by expressing your emotions. ( Im super glad you did that ) Believe me, things will have its middle ground one way or another...for the better anyway.
