shortly before the new year i reached my highest weight ever. a weight i can't even really truly believe, a weight that was completely shocking to me. 627*. six hundred and twenty seven pounds. exactly. never did i think those three numbers would appear on the scale...at least not in that order. nor did i think it was even remotely possible ( Read more... )

What a great start to your weight loss. I struggle too but the main thing is don't give up. I'm looking forward to reading your new journey and working right along side you.

So glad to see you posting! Good for you for standing up and owning the number. You CAN do this and you WILL! Please keep posting so we can keep cheering you on! We can also friend on Facebook, if you'd like. I'm over 400 pounds and getting started again myself and am going to be posting on LJ again. We can do this and we will! *hugs*
