Sorry for the ongoing work of separation. It is tough!
I am so glad you were able to attend the fair. I was in a similar situation several years ago between jobs. A friend paid for everything and it was really the highlight of the summer for me.

Yup! Jon is a Good Person! And we did have a Good Day.
As to the listing and dividing and etc . . . 2nd floor is all but a teeny bit finished; however, still have the entire 1st floor & basement & garage to go. HeeHee. This whole process is feeling more goofy and less painful---not ALL yuks or anything, but mostly boring by now. We will get there, but we both seem to be feeling more sorry for each other AND for ourselves, than the anger and other dark feelings that we started with. I'm thinking that is not a totally bad thing.
