Haunted

I shut you out,

You still engulf me;

You release me,

You are certainly not alone in terms of finding your creativity this semester. Perhaps it is thanks to the commonplace book in as much as we have to sit down and actually nut out ideas and go back and revise. That is something that I confess not to have really done in previous semesters and from informal discussions with fellow students, it seems to be the trend.
Anyway, that movie sounds very interesting from the mini-review you have given it on your journal. I must have a look at it during the break. The poem you wrote in response to it was quite moving in terms of the imagery you used. You seem to have really grasped the nature of the Elizabethan language and 'cracked the code' as they say.
Congratulations on a first class entry and a first class entry!
Look forward to using LJ next term (hopefully!)

That is an excellent entry and I love your poem with all the rationale for the form you have chosen. It has a great Elizabethan feel to it, capturing the complex emotions often recorded in poetry of those times. Thank you for your positive feedback on LJ too... although as you will find out I am being forced to make changes with this for next semester!
