Saying love is supposed to come with Stipulations is like saying it comes in a package, it's all black and white, and all straightforward. Buuuuut, it's the opposite. If you disagree, please consult a lawyer lol. Good luck.

Is it sad that I had to check what the actual definition of Stipulation was?...

Not that I'd have any idea about this, but from hearing about a lot of my friends, it seems that the stipulations come After you've fallen in love lol.
