I like trying to convince my friends and family members that they too can cook yummy things, even things they didn't grow up eating. So I wrote these up for them and now reposting here. Just throwing a comment in here so it sends it to my gmail so I can reference back to this later because these sound tasty and I love curry!! :D I rarely make anything I need a recipe for but I could experiment. ;)

The only one I had ever really made before last night was the first one; a couple others were semi-recreations of previous curries... mostly I pulled them out my butt and just wrote down what I did for once so I could remember and share lol
