I haven't been officially notified yet, but I'm suddenly registered for the computer art class I was trying to get transfer credit for. It appears that three things I did not want to happen have now occurred: I am taking no courses in my major this semester, which is going to make it easy for me to lose focus; I didn't get transfer credit for the

I'm just screwed. I think I could ask to resubmit a reorganized portfolio from the class... but because of the flash drive that was lost and the many files that I don't have, I don't really have anything else I can add to it to make it good enough. Esp in the vector area.

Oh well. I wanted to learn specific things in those classes but didn't. The professor I have now gets pretty solid reviews on RateMyProfessor so maybe third time's the charm.

No classes I can walk to just sucks though. Especially when really... I'm kinda overpaying for this apartment... because I wanted to be able to walk to classes my first quarter while I got used to the place. MEH.

Sorta. The school's bus system is unreliable as all hell unless you are going from large, popular building to large popular building, I'm told. One of my classes is at this big, new hall that isn't even on the school's bus routes yet. One can only hope that they'll be adding it in.

The public bus system is a dollar a ride each way, and the cheaper per ride passes would require me to use the bus wayyyyyyyy more often than I'll need to to be cheap, and I'm not sure if it goes all the places I need to.

Matt's still unfortunately unemployed... maybe when he finds a job the hours will work out such that he can do some droppings off. But if it's one of those accursed rotating shifts that changes every week, that won't be reliable.

These three things being why I wanted to just walk as much as could. Can't wait til next quarter when I can set my own damn schedule.

UGH. And my allergies just flared up. Can't stop sneezing/sniffling/runny nose/itchy throat.
