OK, so he has a throat tattoo of questionable taste. That is kind of beside the point - HIRE HIM. Seriously - I bet he'll work his ass off for you, and stay longer than the clean cut moron mamma's boy from the previous post.

I'm not dicounting him, far from it. as I said, he is the best candidate so far.
I still have a few more interviews to do yet. I'll speak with all of them before making a decision.

I've known one or two really sharp people who had one thing they couldn't for the life of them do, like finding the right word while speaking or spelling worth a damn. Maybe your guy's disability is not being a pain in the ass. Curious, that.
