I've never read Bujold (though people on my friends list are always going on about her), but if you're coming to the area, perhaps we could meet up before or after the thing.

heyy you! doug isn't really interested in going, he hasn't read her and so he doesn't know what hes missing. :) anyway, i went on www.transitinfo.org and looked up a public transit way to get there. it would take 3.5 hours at least, and be over 20 dollars. so, basically, hows the rental sound? lol. see ya!

Yeah, Eo, that would be cool. Would you be at all interested in coming to the signing, or just hanging out before or after? And, you should definitely read Bujold, I'm nearly positive you'd love her stuff.

Turner: I haven't been able to reach Amelia, which is pretty unusual; I'm still working at it. However, since I have succesfully hooked my mother on the Miles books, if nothing else comes through she'd be willing to go, and drive us up.
