I was using it earlier and a new story idea came to mind. The problem is, I've got plenty of ideas, but no words with which to articulate them.

I hear you. I have tons of story ideas, and so man WIP that it feels overwhelming. I have stories I want to finish so badly but just can't get them to come together.
