We passed the 2 computers per person mark a while back, and now we're shooting for 3, depending on whether you consider sufficiently advanced phones to be computers.

We have a 2:1 functioning & used regularly computer to person ratio in this house, so I don't even know how to begin to answer most of this poll. We have one laptop that's about a week old, and a desktop that's gotta be... seven years old, or so (with a few replacement parts). If you count dead and pillaged computers? I dunno, 4:1?

I fear I misunderstood question 3. I have computer/creature parity if you count the cat.

at home I normally use three or four machines at once. Of course I sit in front of one but have one to my left, one to my right, and several in my cellar.
