i think lomonaaeren writes that kind of stuff, sometimes. like changing of the guard, which i never finished reading. the same species as shakespeare which i'm reading right now is like that too... i think?? i'm following so many WIPs at the moment that they get mixed up sometimes.

I have a quick question for you about the Brokeback Mountain fandom. Did you ever read the fic "Somebody New" by jennastats? I'm looking for someone from the BBM fandom that might remember the fic. I used to be a member of the Dave Cullen site and Brokeback Slash but I don't know anyone in that fandom anymore.

Hmmm, no, I don't think so. I have literally only read about three fics in that fandom, and that one doesn't ring any bells.
I did a quick Google search and found this page: http://community.livejournal.com/wranglers/1702070.html. Sounds like the fic has been taken off the internet, but there is at least one commenter who seems to remember it.
Also, I believe arlad and pinkfriction have written fic in the BBM fandom; that doesn't necessarily mean they've read fic, but you could ask. :-)
