I've been watching WC, but rather than being a Neal fan, I'm loving the whole cast, right down to the 'lesser' FBI agents.
Elizabeth is way too cool (and Peter is obviously too in love with her) to be killed off or written off in a divorce.
Not going to be following any fandom goings on, but it's heartening to know that sometimes we get it right.

Oh, I agree, I think the whole ensemble is fabulous. One thing another fan (copperbadge?) pointed out in a post somewhere is how Peter isn't the stereotypical bumbling FBI agent paired up with the brilliant criminal -- Peter is really darn smart too, and he and Neal are really a team. I also love Jones and Cruz and the other folks (and Elizabeth, of course!).

And yes, it's such a pleasant surprise to see a woman so appreciated in a fandom.

Ahaha, resistance is futile! I was about 20 minutes into the pilot when I realized I had been smiling almost the entire time, which meant I was doomed. :-D

I was damn impressed after the pilot, but a little less so further on. I have to say the Kate storyline is annoying to me.

I read A Sure Thing by lightgetsin and thought the characters sounded interesting, so I watched the pilot. And the second episode, and and and... It's so nice to see others enjoying the deliciousness of this show too!

Yay, another fan! I am planning to watch the season finale tonight, and then I'll be all caught up. :-D

And hee, isn't that fic great? Have you read her longer one, Figure It Out? That one's awesome too. I was really thrilled to see her user name recced around WC because she wrote one of my all-time favorite QaF fics way, waaay back in the day.

I have seen Figure It Out, thanks! I enjoyed that one too. Do you happen to know of any stories involving really good capers? The purloined letter/copy/gift caper and how it fit into the rest of the story was one of the things I particularly liked about A Sure Thing, but in my (fairly limited so far) reading I've mostly found PWPs.

Oh, gosh. Let me think. I'll be honest, I've inhaled about eight million WC fics in a span of a couple of weeks, so remembering individual ones is kinda tough. The few I bookmarked are mostly OT3 relationshippy fics (or, yeah, PWP's *g*). But I'd recommend popping over here, which is a weekly roundup of WC fic (not to mention vids, icons, meta, etc.), and doing some browsing there...maybe in the gen sections to start. I've found a ton of good stuff there. Just avoid the FF.net links. ;-)
