You probably do this already, but if you don't, I would reccomend that you make a list of the meals you will be making for the week. When you get home from the store, do as much prep work of the ingredients as you can. That way, you can cut out alot of the excess work and just throw the items together.
It can be alot of work to get those healthy meals put together, but in the end, you feel better.
