I think we've talked about issues related to this. I used to have the same motto as you did - I just didn't cook. One thing my uncle's girlfriend mentioned said when she received a cookbook last Christmas stuck with me - she said she'd gotten it specifically for recipes to cook for lunch, when she was by herself during her noon break from work. She already had cookbooks for stuff to cook at dinner when my uncle was back from work, and it seemed like it was "worth it" more, but she'd decided that it was important that she learn to treat cooking for herself as something that was worth doing in its own right.

It is definitely worth cooking and presenting yourself with a beautiful meal.

I would make you some Lotus tea,a mixed green salad with chopped up toasted walnuts,cranberries,boiled eggs,and some catalina dressing.
Then some home made potato soup with bananas satued in honey.

Mmmmm that sounds really good.

French is my favorite for salads. Ranch is my favorite everything dip.

But it's SO good! ;^D

When I go out, I have to ask for the big cup. The little side cup is never enough.

One of my favorite restaurants here, gives you the whole squeezey bottle, and let you keep it at the table. I love it.
