Did it flood from outside events (weather) or inside effects (upstairs neighbor lining the sink with paper towels and turning the faucet on- I swear, that happened to us in Denver)?

It sucks either way but I was curious as to the cause. And I hope that the move place is AT LEAST comparable to what you had so briefly!
