It's always difficult to know re. warnings. I don't write much 'ship fic, so most of mine are for other things.
One Drabble I wrote got endless flack because I'd touched the 9-11 nerve and mentioned the canon relationship between Bush and Wolfram and Hart, another because I'd killed off a secondary character (Lindsay) after a character death warning, then killed a major character (Angel) several chapters later - I'd meant the warning to apply to both, but people really weren't happy.
But another Drabble I expected to squick people (very briefly referring Dawn's "blood opens portals" thing and the sanitary towel bin at the Watcher's Council HQ) - I warned for that, and got no flack at all.
I loved Scandal, but do agree the party scene was excruciating, partially because the actress playing Molly did it so well that you could feel exactly how humiliated she was. (It reminded me of the House/Cameron date scene from Love Hurts, and it don't get much embarrassment squickier than that.)
We're working on the 2nd Season of Castle and absolutely loving the fluff, as well as the abundance of "Hey, It's That Guy!" appearances, including the combo of Ann Dudek and Marc Blucas in the same episode. Sometimes there's a little bit of emotional whiplash when they do a "personal" episode like the one with Esposito's old partner, and then the next week it's back to the boys being comic relief again, but even my angst-bunny self does appreciate a good fluff show now and again.
