i hate that i never update this thing anymore.

i know i always say that, but i don't think anyone's keeping track, to be quite honest.

buuuuuuut, i have some sort of good news since i last posted:
i lost 15 pounds. in a month. here's hoping it'll be 18 by monday.

this isn't related to anything.
i just love him.

i'm actually on jenny craig. :D
it's six small healthy meals throughout the day. they want you to eat constantly to keep your metabolism going. so even if you don't get the chance to exercise, you still burn calories.

and it's basically been lots of walking and drinking tons of water and skim milk. i've also decreased my caffeine/soda intake. i used to drink like, four cokes a day. now i drink about two or three diet cokes A WEEK. that really seemed to helped get rid of the bloat. lmao.

oh, and i saw your comment in the postsecret community! and i see you like nirvana too. do you mind if i add you?
