Characters: Anyone who wants to come to a party! Time: A few days after the Bean battle, in the evening Location: The Blackstone ballroom Content: Pinkie Pie Party! Format: Either or Notes: Tag around! Have fun! It's a party!
"All right! No party like a Pinkie special surprise party," Rainbow Dash declared after the lights went on. She hadn't actually done all that much during the vampire fight but, come on, it was a PARTY and she'd helped out.
Rainbow Dash hovered near the door before immediately flying for the food. These humans didn't know what they were in for. Pinkie's parties were THE best in all of Equestria as far as Dash was concerned. She snapped up a cupcake with her mouth in practically one bite, "Oh man this is totally worth the pain of just waiting around that park all night."
Somehow, the phrase "totally super important" sounded familiar, but Linkara wasn't really thinking about it...until he arrived at what turned out to be a surprise party thrown by a very enthusiastic pink pony. No wonder that sounded familiar.
Despite how much the past few days had sucked, he couldn't help but smile. "Hey, Pinkie Pie. Nice party."
Pinkie beamed up at Linkara. "Thanks! I'm sooooo glad you could make it!" The smile on the human's face was more than enough to make all the work worth it, especially since he'd looked kinda tired before; obviously this party was just what he needed! "Do you want some punch or cookies or anything? Oh, and you absolutely have to have some of the cake!"
"Totally super important," to Jason, meant something else big and possibly dangerous, though he didnt think something like that could get into the hotel. Maybe they were plannin' on taking out some other big nasty thing. Either way, he came with a cross 'round his neck and garlic powder in his pockets, just in case.
'Course he nearly jumped out of his skin when evryone jumped out yelling surprise, but it didn't take him long to start grinning. A surprise party was the last thing he'd expected - then again, he figured he really shouldn't expect anything with the pink pony in charge. There wasn't any booze, which was disappointing, but there were cupcakes and it was a party and that was good enough for him.
Pinkie was making the rounds, making sure everyone was having a good time, when she noticed someone making for the door. On second glance, she knew who it was, too - it was that girl who'd been so rude to Rarity before! Still, Pinkie trotted over. If anything was gonna make that sourpuss feel better, it was a party especially for her! (And for everyone else who fought, of course, but it was kinda for her, right?)
"Where are you going? Oh, were you gonna go get some music? I already have some - I totally meant to get it playing but I've been super busy greeting everyone! If you want, you can absolutely go pick some out yourself; you're one of the guests of honor, after all!"
Well, nobody could really argue that "totally super important" didn't mean that whatever was happening was probably important. So as tired as she was Vin made her way to the ballroom dressed in her black coat and carrying her knives and spare metals, fully expecting this to be about the next big crisis they'd have to deal with.
This was also Vin's very first surprise party so when the big moment came she very obviously nearly jumped out of her shoes.
Regaining her composure after a moment and resisting the urge to draw her knives, Vin gaped at the room before her. Colorful streamers, tables set with all kinds of snacks and that banner... super brave, really?
