It took her a second for her brain to catch up with her ears so she could process his question.
"I can't say the name rings a bell at all kid, sorry. But by the looks of things, we're in Chicago." A pause. "Or, well, a Chicago."
She didn't feel weird saying that at all. Yeesh, her life was weird.

Then there was the only info he did get. "Well that's a weird name for a city... and confusing to have more than one." This was a weird place, "Do you know how we got here?"

She pulled open the door to the hotel lobby, and cautiously stepped inside. "Hello?" Great, Kitty. Act like you're in a horror movie. That always means you'll be a-OK! And if something jumps out at you, run up the stairs! That's always a great means of escape!

"Maybe they're in their own rooms," Negi suggested. Maybe there was a bell at the front desk they could ring. He didn't seem to be thinking about it being a trap as much as Kitty was. Still, it seemed silly to just sneak around the lobby until someone did attack...or greet them. Whichever was going to happen.

Red sighed and put the color matching device away. "That'd take a lot of work to go find them then... maybe this is easier." Red casually walked to the front desk and rang the bell without a second thought. If there were danger he had Pika, he'd be okay. And, the two of them could keep Kitty and Negi okay too.
