Water whirled and struck down numerous monsters and creature Kaldur could not name. He was fighting for his life and the lives of everyone he loved. Tula, Garth, his King, his teacher, the League, and his team. Everyone was counting on him to finish this here and now and that thought pushed him on, even when he thought he could not continue

Sora and Riku tag teamskylit_torchOctober 23 2011, 00:44:33 UTC
Although he was soaked and freezing from the spray of water, Sora was positive that this may have been one of the coolest things he had ever done - zooming along the lake in a speedboat, surrounded by two mythological beasts and a pirate ship and unable to see much of anything beyond the light of the speedboat, headed to an island in the middle of nowhere to save the universe

It was perhaps inevitable that the two childhood friends would be facing this final evil together.
The wheel of the speedboat had vanished into the familiar, cool grip of Way to the Dawn and the frigid winds that had lanced over the boat were replaced by magic that burned all around him - everywhere he looked, magical flames leaped up at him from all sides, a fiery green cage. Riku narrowed his eyes, bringing the keyblade up in a defensive gesture as he scanned the inferno for the likely attack from beyond. His skin prickled with the sense of powerful magic scorching the air, loud and abrasive to the point of being numbing.
Sand-dusted rocks littered the area and beyond the blaze, Riku could finally glimpse two figures fighting frantically, throwing magic that he already knew was beyond his skill. However...Riku frowned uncertainly, edging closer to the flames and ignoring them as they singed his clothing and scalded his skin. The man moved like Sora, and if he looked closer...
Help me. This is the darkness that prevents the dawn

A sudden and recognizable flash surrounded Stella, as she saw herself transform into her Enchantix form. She didn't summon it and sure wasn't in control when she flew herself to her destination. Dark forces are all around, something that was not a good sign for starters. The wind that was picking up was another sign, followed by a swirling darkness that came from what looked like the sky.
Wherever that dark energy was, it was her destination. Stella's heart racing as she got ever closer and ever since she got to Chicago the first day, though she hand't been there for very long and hadn't met very many people, Stella still wanted to fight to protect them. Protect Chicago. Racing towards the swirling dark energy, stood someone that she recognized from the cultural center, and the cause of the mess all around her.
The closer the target came, the more energy she charged, again not by her will. A shot of light came from her hand and fired it at the opposing woman, fully intending to end her and to end the 'game' she had started.
The sword of faith was becoming more familiar to her hand. In the middle of Demonreach, again, this was a good thing, because it was sparing her from a horrible death. There were things stirring here that made her skin crawl and made her want to curl up somewhere and hide until the end of time, but her faith kept her going. She had to have faith because with the world ending what other choice did she have? She had to believe that they could make it through this. She had to believe that Harry was out there somewhere trying to end this (she hadn't seen him since they'd gotten back, where was that bastard). She had to believe that everyone else was fighting just as hard to end this. She had to believe she wasn't alone, because if she gave into that fear she would give up. The battle was so large though that she hardly ever saw any of the others

Don't stop the pop, can't stop the clock, so baby let's go I wanna celebrate, and I don't want the party to stop Tonight we can get a little stronger, tonight we can go a little longer Can't stop the clock, tik tok, don't stop the popAll the cacophony and dissonance that filled Derek's ears as he was summoned to the battleground nearly made him choke and freeze. Worse than every panicked, desperate melody he heard on his missions. Worse than what he heard in his youth from grief and despair when his biological family shattered into unsalvageable pieces. Worse than the terror that filled the world only to start falling chillingly silent and begging on deaf ears that his adoptive family wouldn't share the same fate. It was everywhere, loud, painful, with an echoing chorus from every world piling on top of one another. A round that didn't fit right yet never ended. Derek heard everything that was wrong and evil with multiple

We can dance, like it goes on and on and on Like shooting stars, like shooting stars Dance, until we die, like it goes On and on and on, on and on and on and on and Dance, like it's the last night of your life Dance, like we'll be young forever Dance dance dance, like there's no tomorrow There's just right now now now 'Cause we're never getting oldThe power of everyone's tune caused everything to take on a blue glow as Derek started dancing. The energy couldn't be contained, and the world became so vivid. What musical energy didn't stay within him or something else, bubbled up into hovering orbs of light

Let's go all the way tonight I want it all, it all, it all, I just want it all I just want everything as long as it’s free I want it all
Ain't got no money in my pocket, but I wanna be a billionaire Go DJ! Got my iPod, on the stereo I'm gonna write you a song, the world better prepare Oh my god, listen to my mix, on the radio Hands up, hands up! Suddenly we all got our hands up Put your hands up, now put your hands up! I throw my hands up in the air sometimes, saying oh my god
He felt fighters on both sides raise their hands and join him in a wave. Derek had only met a few of them in Chicago, but that never stopped the Agent before, and it wouldn't stop him now. They were one. They had the same goal. They were all apart of this Music.
For a brief moment, the woman he had been dancing (fighting?) with wavered in her attack and seemed to lift her arms to join him, a smile tugging at the edges of her lips... only to regroup her determinations and continue her assault.
Don't stop the pop, don't stop baby, I don't wanna stop
