So now that he was living here, in the Blackstone, this was his territory. It was his responsibility to get rid of any supernatural threats.
He stepped out of the elevator, ready to stalk out of the front doors and head out on his mission, when he froze. There was a woman ahead of him, also going out. She was decked out in anti-vampire gear, the traditional stuff, but that wasn't what he noticed. No, what Billy saw was the uniform. Yellow body, yellow gloves, yellow boots, a red belt, and black everywhere in-between ( ... )

Kitty turned around until she was facing the source of that feeling. "Oh! Hi!" For someone decked out to kill vampires, she was surprisingly perky-sounding. Then, she looked down at herself, then back to him. "I know, not exactly the sort of thing you wear to blend in, but this thing cleans up way faster than normal fabric," she said of the costume. "And those bloodsuckers can be messy before they," she made a poof sound, with accompanying hand motions.
"Sorry, forgetting my manners, here. I'm Kitty." She extended a hand.

"The more the merrier." She looked him over. "I'll even share my arsenal. I probably overpacked," she offered. "You seem pretty calm about vampires existing. I take it this isn't your first Transylvanian rodeo."
