[Rei is standing on the roof. She turns the video on, then sets the camera down and walks away from it. Stopping at the edge of the roof, she stands still for a minute with the breeze ruffling her hair and her clothes.

Then she steps out into the air and is gone.]

Rei? Rei! [Oh god this is her fault or something, that stupid event ruined everything, what the hell was Rei doing?? Elaine is going to dive out of her window and fly up to the roof.]

[Rei watches Elaine head up there, suspended in the air by her AT Field. After a moment, she moves up to join her.]

[The rate of Elaine's wings slows when she catches sight of Rei. She's surprised for a moment, but her emotions soon settle into relief, with a tinge of confusion.] Rei. What are you doing?
