Run, Forest, run!

My treadmill was delivered and installed today - yay! It's awesome. I'd forgotten how much nicer they are to run on than the road. Now I should be able to save some time because I can exercise and watch my TV shows/DVDs simultaneously. Here's hoping I never fall off it because I'll take out my DVD collection which is immediately behind it.

Hmm perhaps you should make it a practice to place your mobile on the floor near where you'd land if you fell off the treadmill...that way if you fall and you can't get up you can call for help ;)
