After changing into my scrubs I head out to the nurses station to refresh myself of what surgeries I'll be doing this afternoon. Sometimes it feels like they all blur together when you work so many days in a row. I'm walking towards Derek with a million things running through my head, and suddenly he turns to look at me. I stop abrutly, go to turn around, realize I can't, and a second later continue walking. I wish I wasn't such a freak sometimes.
