That will be tough.. I just spent a month helping a friend find a house in this area that allowed pets and wasn't too expensive. Ended up having to go to an apartment. Most of the homes in the area are around $1400 and don't allow pets.

Have you checked into the Shoreline area at all? Just this week I have seen a bunch of homes for rent in Shoreline, just off of Greenwood Ave.
