I had to poke around a little bit, but if they are really 540 sqft apartments, then that's a pretty sweet deal. I suppose my pessimism may have been hasty.

The Davenport is really nice. I scoped it out last time I was looking. If I were living alone, I would have gone for it. Also, their prices appear to have dropped significantly, if I remember correctly.
